Educational Qualification:
1. Head Constable (Motor Mechanic) -
i) 10+2 pass from recognised Board or Institution.
ii) Certificate in Motor Mechanic from a recognised institution or Industrial Training Institute with three years practical experience in the trade in a reputed workshop or three year Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
2. Constable (Motor Mechanic) -
(i) Matriculation or 10th class pass from a recognized Board or Institution; and
(ii) Industrial Training Institute certificate in respective trade from a recognized institution; or
(iii) Three years experience in respective trade from a recognised firm
Age Limit: (As on 21.11.2022) aw
Between 18 to 25 years. Candidates should not have been born earlier than 28th November 1997 (28.11.1997) and later than 27th November 2004 (27.11.2004).
The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Salary Details:
1. Head Constable (Motor Mechanic) - Level-4 in the Pay Matrix, Rs. 25500-81100 (as per 7th CPC)
2. Constable (Motor Mechanic) - Level-3 in the Pay Matrix, Rs. 21700-69100 (as per 7th CPC)
ITBPF Constable (Motor Mechanic) Selection Process 2022:
The selection process will consist of Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), Documentation, Written Examination, Practical (Skill) Test and Detailed Medical Examination (DME)/ Review Medical Examination (RME).
